EST LIVING | CM STUDIO — MOLONG HOUSE

Molong House
CM Studio | Sydney

Set on Sydney’s lower North Shore, Molong House by CM Studio is a coastal residence composed of connected pavilions. Featured in est living, the home combines curved architectural forms with a palette of timber, stone and brass, opening onto gardens and views towards Manly and the city.

DUNLIN Spruce St Spot Lights illuminate the staircase balustrade wall, finished in microcement. Their compact form complements the sculptural stair, bringing light to the surface without interrupting its flowing lines.

Handmade in solid brass, the Spruce St Spot Light features a pivoting head that allows the direction of light to be adjusted. Its simple proportions suit interiors where lighting is considered alongside the architecture and materials.

At Molong House, the fittings form part of a layered interior shaped by natural light, texture and a close connection to the surrounding landscape.
