We ensure simple and secure shipping by using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and private couriers. All methods allow you to track your order from dispatch through to delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight and size of the item, and its level of fragility. Certain pieces, including lighting and furniture, may require a fragile courier service. In these cases, our team will arrange delivery at a convenient time to ensure safe and secure handling.
You will be informed of all shipping charges during checkout before finalising payment. To view accurate shipping costs, simply proceed to checkout and enter your Australian postcode.
- Dunlin occasionally offers promotional codes to loyal customers. When attempting to apply these codes, please note that some conditions apply:
• Items previously discounted (i.e sale items) may not be eligible for further discount.
• For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items
• If a code is invalid or expired, a replacement will not be issued
• Discounts can not be stacked, ie only the lowest price applies.
• Trade discounts do not apply to on sale items.
• Only one code may be applied per order - Most Rose Uniacke Brand Furniture and Lighting is excluded from discounts and intro orders.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, simply proceed to the checkout and the shipping rate will be calculated and displayed. Please contact us if you are unable to ship to your location.
You are more than welcome to contact us to schedule a meeting, either virtual or in person.
Delivery time across Australia is 3 ~ 5 days, larger items, such as furniture and lighting may take longer. We ship from our distribution center in Sydney, so orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than three days. For international orders delivery typically takes between 3 ~ 5 days, depending on FedEx and the delivery location. Please note all orders require a signature upon receipt and that we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Once your order has left Dunlin you will receive an email with tracking information for Australia Post's e-parcel system. Its simple and straightforward, and allows you to track your order with up to the minute information. For some large items couriers will carry your goods, and we will provide a custom tracking number to allow you to follow the items progress.

Orders for Rose Uniacke products are considered custom and made to order. Variations in texture, finish, or patina are part of the designer’s intended aesthetic and are not regarded as faults or defects.
We recommend carefully reviewing all order details before confirming your purchase.
Warranty Policy – Lighting Products Only
Dunlin provides a 12-month warranty (Warranty) on lighting products for manufacturing faults, effective from the date of delivery. If your item develops a fault within this period as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no cost to you. If a repair is not possible or not economically viable, we will offer a replacement of the same or comparable specification. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will work with you to reach a fair alternative resolution. This Warranty also covers LED lamps if they were supplied with the fixture.
Please note, this Warranty does not apply to furniture, homewares, or decorative accessories, which are excluded from Dunlin’s warranty coverage.
The Warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
-Failure to follow installation or assembly instructions
-Improper installation or use
-Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
-Use of incorrect bulbs or components
-Cleaning with unsuitable products
-Natural ageing, development of patina, or changes in finish over time
-Any disassembly, modification, or tampering not carried out by Dunlin
Where we determine that the product has been altered or mishandled, the Warranty will no longer apply.
Australian Consumer Law
Dunlin products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any costs associated with making a warranty claim, including return freight, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
These terms represent the full extent of Dunlin’s Warranty. Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Many Dunlin exterior lights, including select Davey models, are crafted from brass, bronze, or copper, making them highly suitable for coastal and marine environments. These materials naturally resist corrosion and will not rust under exposure to salty air or moisture, which is why they are commonly used on boats and in seaside applications. While the base materials are exceptionally durable, the surface finish is designed to weather over time, developing a natural patina that can range from rich brown tones to greenish hues depending on the environment. This change in appearance is intentional and serves to protect the underlying metal. The patina is not considered a defect but a feature that reflects the authenticity and longevity of the material.
For outdoor use, Dunlin strongly recommends the installation of 12V low voltage fittings by a licensed electrician to ensure safety, especially in exposed or residential exterior settings.
Lighting Finishes
Dunlin lighting pieces crafted from nobal metals are designed to age gracefully and develop character over time.
Some designs feature a clear protective lacquer that helps maintain the original finish under normal interior conditions and prevents early discolouration. However, for many of our natural brass or copper fixtures, especially those without lacquer, patination is part of the intended aesthetic and will vary based on the surrounding environment.
When installed outdoors, nobal metals will naturally weather and may develop a deeper patina, ranging from rich brown tones to deep bronze, and in some cases, a verdigris green. Each fitting will patina differently based on location and we cannot guarantee or predict the degree of aging.
When used indoors, these metals may darken slightly or show signs of tarnishing over time. This can be gently polished using a suitable metal polish if a brighter finish is preferred.
We celebrate this natural evolution of the material as part of Dunlin’s design philosophy.
Rose Uniacke Products
"While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Natural fibres, dye lots & wood finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same batch."
