Wellpark House
Mim Design | Melbourne
Overlooking Melbourne’s Fitzroy Gardens, Wellpark House is a Victorian terrace reimagined by Mim Design. Featured in est living, the home brings together heritage detailing, natural materials and a restrained palette inspired by its garden setting.
DUNLIN lighting features throughout the project, including the Mott St Can Ceiling Lights in Raw Tarnished Brass and the Decade Wall Light in Weathered Brass. The two brass finishes bring warmth and material character to the interiors.
In the ensuite, the Decade Wall Lights sit alongside marble, nickel tapware and a freestanding bath. Its compact architectural form offers a warm accent within the bathroom’s pale palette.
The Mott St Can Ceiling Lights in Raw Tarnished Brass sit above the kitchen bench, their simple cylindrical forms bringing warmth and definition to the space.
