Atelier Alain Ellouz

The Oslo L1P Alabaster Pendant Light by Atelier Alain Ellouz is formed from a luminous ring of natural alabaster, suspended from leather straps to create an extraordinary sense of weightlessness.

Handcrafted in the Atelier's Paris workshop, the stone is softly illuminated from within, revealing the natural veining, tonal variation and translucency unique to each piece. The simplicity of the circular form allows the alabaster itself to become the focus.

Available in six diameters from 60cm to 150cm, Oslo can be used individually or composed in multiples for larger residential, hospitality and architectural spaces.

Atelier Alain Ellouz is represented exclusively in Australia by DUNLIN.

The Oslo Pendant Light will be on display at the DUNLIN Paddington showroom in early 2027.

Natural Alabaster

Each Oslo is individually handcrafted in Atelier Alain Ellouz's Paris workshop using natural alabaster.

Prized for its translucency, alabaster reveals distinctive veining and tonal variation when illuminated. No two pieces of stone are alike; variations in colour, pattern and transparency are inherent to the material and give each light its individual character.

Atelier Alain Ellouz's alabaster lighting is crafted using Stonelight®, a treatment developed and patented by Alain Ellouz Paris in 2005 to strengthen the natural stone and enhance its durability and longevity while preserving its translucency.
